3. Online Orders & In-Store Pickup
- Orders placed online must be picked up within the time window selected at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable or if there are issues with payment authorization.
- If an order is cancelled, any payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Product Availability & Quality
We make every effort to keep product information and availability accurate. However:
- Items may be substituted or unavailable due to supplier or inventory changes.
- Fresh and perishable items may vary in appearance or weight.
- If a product appears defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us the same day.

6. Returns & Refunds
Non-Perishable Products
We accept returns for non-perishable, unopened items within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition.
Perishable Products
For health and safety reasons, perishable items (fresh, refrigerated, frozen, or prepared foods) cannot be returned.
If the item is defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear.
7. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
