Bacco Market offers convenient in-store pickup and local delivery (if applicable) for selected items. This policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and picked up.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during regular store hours.
  • Processing times may vary based on product availability and preparation time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received.

2. In-Store Pickup

  • Pickup is available at our location during posted business hours.
  • Orders must be picked up within the selected time slot.
  • Please present your order confirmation (email or SMS).
  • If you cannot pick up your order on time, contact us to arrange an alternative.

3. Local Delivery 

Local delivery may be available depending on area and order size.

  • Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.
  • Perishable items must be received promptly to maintain quality.

4. Perishable Products

For safety reasons:

  • Fresh, frozen, or ready-to-eat items must be picked up or received on the scheduled day.
  • We cannot hold perishable orders overnight.

5. Failed Delivery / Missed Pickup

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery
  • Perishable items cannot be refunded if not received on time

If a pickup order is not collected within 24 hours:

  • Non-perishable items will remain available for pickup
  • Perishable items may be discarded for safety reasons

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are prepared.

Once the order is packed or ready for pickup, cancellation may not be possible.
