We’re committed to responding promptly and helping you with any questions about our products, orders, or in-store services.

We accept returns for non-perishable, unopened products within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Perishable items — including fresh, refrigerated, frozen, and ready-to-eat products — cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If a perishable item is defective or was purchased in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us on the same day and we will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear.
